Volunteer Opportunities

Do something different this summer! EMF Volunteers Make Great Music!
With a small staff, the EMF relies on the help of volunteers during the two-week Piedmont Jazz & Blues Festival (mid-April to early May), and throughout the EMF summer program with almost 70 school and classical performances (June 24-July 30) and the EMFfringe series. There are also events throughout the rest of the year in which you could become involved.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers that give their time for various projects produced by EMF. If you're interested in volunteering your time or services, please call 333-7450 x32 or email ruth@easternmusicfestival.org. Be sure to send your name, email address, phone numbers and address.

In general, volunteers are needed for a 2 hour shift weekday evenings (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and weekends (Friday and Saturday) beginning at 6:30 pm, and during intermission as needed. Other times and days are tbd.

Even if you have only 10 hours to share this summer, that's 5 EMF events where you can help create great music.
